Visit today
The more, the merrier when it comes to taking aim at the bullseye and letting your axe fly through the air!
Our facility is 3,000 square feet of fun. Located at 75 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, the Crazy Horse Axe Throwing & Lounge has safe parking for more than 50 vehicles directly in front of the venue. It’s a quick drive to reach us from New Haven, Hamden, West Haven, and Trumbull.
When you book more than one lane, you can face off with teams of friends or co-workers and have an axe-throwing tournament. Our digital screens simplify keeping score and seeing which team is the one to beat.
The Lounge
Crazy Horse Axe Throwing & Lounge has nine lanes; up to four players can compete in each at a time.
The lounge offers additional space for guests to gather. That’s where people can enjoy a delicious snack or meal and have a drink while watching players hurtle axes through the air and (hopefully) into the wooden target!

Our experienced axe-throwing staff will be on hand for the entire event making sure everyone is having fun and staying safe. Everyone receives a safety briefing and lessons on the best throwing techniques before the games begin. This means absolutely no experience is required, so everyone on the guestlist can enjoy the fun.
Play at the Crazy Horse is a great team-building activity. Throwing axes is a rush as well as a stress buster. Axe throwing is a fun team sport that also lends itself to leagues where people can keep the fun going and polish their skills.
What’s on Tap?
Our staff serves alcohol in the lounge. Patrons are urged to drink in moderation. If someone becomes too intoxicated to throw safely, they’ll be required to forfeit their play for safety reasons.
